  • + "Wood You Like a Cup of Tea" Pot

    - 224 days ago by The Butcher -

Swedish designer Jakob Solgren’s wood inspired tea pot may be one of the dopest I’ve seen in quite some time. Titled, “Wood You Like a Cup of Tea” this pot is sculptured from black stoneware. “This teapot serves as an inconceivable portrait of nature and creates an extraordinary lure to the border between fiction and reality,” explains Solgren.

Anyhow, why the hell do I care about some tea pot? Well for one, I love tea (almost as much as beer). Secondly, I was just texting a friend earlier about a dank batch of some mixed of chai I whipped up and stumbled upon this pot. I couldn’t help but instantly find out if I had enough funds to cop one for myself. (sigh).

Gallery S.Bensimon in Paris copped two of the five pots made. For €1,500 you could have one too. Hit up Solgren at [jakobsolgren [at] gmail [dot] com] to see what’s good!
