It was recently announced that The Weeknd would be re-releasing the, now classic , trilogy of mixtapes in a remastered retail form. The first of these remasters have leaked through the cracks for everyone’s enjoyment. The polish on this version is instantly recognizable, but I’m not sure if I prefer this version over the original. The grit of the original was part of the appeal to The Weeknd’s sound and what made him stand out. Some of you may enjoy this version more, so give it a listen below and tell us what you think:
