The Strokes front man Julian Casablancas highly anticipated solo album PHRAZES FOR THE YOUNG is weeks from launching (November 3rd to be exact). To promote his first solo album release, Casablancas will hold residency at The Downtown Palace Theatre in downtown Los Angeles every Friday in November. Tickets available at Ticketmaster.com

To say we’re excited about this news is a huge understatement, the energy he generates on stage during a Strokes show is unbelievable. One can only imagine what he has in store for true Casablancas aficionados, probably on some psychedelic 2001 Space Odyssey trip.
