  • + Invader :: Binary Code Street Art

    - 681 days ago by The Butcher -

Invader is one of the most unusual street artists hitting the streets today. His tile mosaics based on 8-bit video games can be found in cities across the globe, but Los Angeles is one of his favorites. This style of artwork is among the most progressive and visually intriguing.  Invader has definitely continued to take it to the next level with this latest development.

No doubt that if you pay attention to street art, you’ve heard of this artist.  He’s been working in the streets of France for many years, and his work is among the most recognizable, if not completely understood. With the advancement in easily accessible technology, a simple IPhone Application called, I-Matrix, (now known as BeeTag) can translate the hidden meanings behind Invader’s visionary street-art.

Check out some of Invaders previous invasions of Los Angeles that are pretty impressive. Pictures come to us compliments of the great 14-2-1.
