** How do I pay for things I buy at Newestra?
Newestra organizes the items in your cart by brand. All transactions are processed via PayPal. It’s quick and easy, so open an account lazy!
** Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
Yes, it’s super easy and convenient. Also ensures that your processing information remains confidential. We are always looking out for your best interests! : )
** How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping fees vary with number of purchased products. We are quickly working out a formula that will allow us to provide free ground shipping. Stay Tuned.
** PayPal is showing a different shipping address! WTF?
Don’t be alarmed if you see a different shipping address (or even no listed shipping address) when you proceed to checkout via PayPal. Your order will always ship to the destination you specify in the Newestra shopping cart. The email you receive from Newestra after you complete the checkout process will confirm this.

Orders
** How can I see my orders?
When you get an order, Newestrat sends you an email with the confirmation news. You can then view all the details via the “orders” tab on the dashboard.
** Paypal is listing a different address than your Newestra address?
All orders are “open” until they’re shipped or cancelled. When you ship an order, mark it as “complete” and an email is sent to the customer that lets them know their order is on the way.
** How do I cancel an order?
When you’re viewing an order’s details there’s a link that allows you to cancel it. Note: this does not refund the buyer!
** How do I issue a buyer a refund?
All sales are final! In store exchange only! : )
Shipping
** How is shipping rates for heavy items calculated?
A Shipping Class defines where a product can be shipped (what countries you’ll ship it to) and at what rate.
** How is shipping calculated for several products with different shipping rates?
1+1=2 (Get the point?!)
** Will my product ship immediately?
Products are shipped 1-2 weeks after order is placed depending on inventory and accessibility. Please allow 2-3 weeks for products to arrive.

** What is Newestra’s sales tax?
Newestra LLC follows strict California State Sales Tax regulations.
** How do I pay for items?
Once ready to “Check Out” Newestra Shop, you will be redirected to Pay Pal Payment Processing System. Please follow the directions specified. If there are any questions please feel free to contact Customer Service (cs@newestra.com).
** Can I pay via PayPal instead of using a credit card?
Not at the moment, we want to build your trust by honoring your privacy and using PayPal Payment Processing for all Newestra Store purchases.
