Only a few can turn Payless Shoes into coveted items, which is exactly what designer Christian Siriano has done for his latest collection with the shoe store. His Spring 2010 shoe collection was indeed fierce when it hit the runways, his Payless venture, however, isn’t as edgy as what we saw on the runway. But, they are nonetheless still fashionable and quite reasonable in price – nothing costs more than $50, which is still pretty pricey considering it’s Payless.
